Donation Refund Policy
With the increasing frequency of digital payments, Elite Trust is implementing a donation refund policy to guarantee equitable and transparent handling of claims for reimbursement of donations. When making a donation, donors are expected to use reasonable caution and investigation by Elite Trust. Elite Trust acknowledges that mistakes can happen when making a donation or that contributors may decide not to continue. Elite Trust will examine each request for refund of donation and endeavor to make the refund. Elite Trust may also seek further information / documents and donor must co-operate in this regard. However, Elite Trust is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
